Not working on Same page

Hi,

I have used this plugin previosly without issue, but on this site I have an unusual issue. When anchor links are used from another page (not the main menu) to an anchor link on a different page the plugin works fine.

However when there is a bookmark link on the same page that links to anchor on the same page the plugin doesn’t work.

I have tried disabling all other plugins and different themes and the issue persists.

You can test on the page listed and then try the same links towards the middle of the home page. You’ll see they work on the home page, but not on the tours page. hmmm?

Any suggestions would be appreicated.
