Not working on phone

    Hello,
    The tour will not load on a phone. It says the panorama is too big for your device. It’s 11264px wide, but your device only supports images up to 8192px wide.

    Is there an easy way to fix this issue, so it will work on most devices?
    Will I need to make the whole tour again (it took me ages to make it)

    Hi, actually we recommend the size 4096px by 2000px which will ensure that the tour will be supported on all devices.

    And unfortunately, the only way for you is to resize the images.

    Then you can simply edit the tour and replace the images. All other settings will remain unchanged even if you change the images.

    my name is Fabio, same problem here, I cannot see any indicators. I created the tour with 4/5 360 images but, on mobile, I cannot see the arrows to move trough the scenes. As you suggested I tried to resize the original images from 6000px to 4096px but, when I upload this image int a scene and preview it, I cannot move the image or set any pitch.

    Any suggestion?

    I had the same issue with the latest version of the plugin.

    I used WP Rollback plugin to install the previous version, and it worked again like normal.
