Not working on page

Hi, I’ve installed quick chat, it works more or less via widget on the sidebar (problems of layout, but the chat window displays), but it seems to not work using the shortcode on a page.

Can it be fixed? or is there a theme incompatibility. I’m using Cbox standard theme.
