    Hi, sorry for the really slow response. For Multisite installs, the WP SendGrid plugin lets you configure it at either the Network or individual site level. If you configured it on the www domain, but not the subdomain, then the subdomain won’t work. You either need to enter the credentials again in the subdomain, or configure them for all sites in the Network admin (yoursite.com/wp-admin/network).
