    This plugin is not working on my website. What could be the issue? I have used it on other websites successfully in the past

    Hi,
    It seems like a conflict issue. The plugin content is loading into another element, and that content is hidden.

    Please change the chat load hook position.

    ‘Click to Chat‘ -> ‘Other settings‘
    scroll the page to the ‘debug, troubleshoot‘ session.
    and at ‘chat load hook‘ position, please change the hook position to ‘get_footer‘ or ‘wp_head‘.
