Not working on my website

  • HI, I have tried all the option and the plugin it’s not working on this website: https://laromoteca.com/
    The plugin not show whatsapp on the website.
    I use it on others website and it work perfectly.
    I tried to deactivate all others plugin and change theme but it’s not working the same.
    There are other solutions?

    Hi, it looks like you have Polylang on your website and could be cached an empty phone number in translations.

    Try saving your Joinchat settings and then check your translations. Make sure the phone is set to all languages.

    I tried as you said but not working the same, i tried to delete polylang too.
    Do you suggest any other solutions?
