Not working on multisite

    Did u also upload the plugin on the subsite? But to be honest, I did not test it on MS since I don’t use it personally.

    Theoretically, it should work the same if the plugin are in both sites.

    yes – i have it as network active.

    I tried adding a new user manually on the member area site (no lot linked to the main site) and it still didn’t show.

    Do you provide paid support to have a look at it and see if it can be resolved?

    HMm not sure if I am mistaken, but I don’t think it is network active. You have to place the plugin in each site plugin folder and activate it manually like a normal WP site.

    Sorry, I don’t do any paid support since I can’t commit, and hence the plugin is provided as it is ??
