Not working on Multisite

I’ve tried to activate it on a single site on the multisite and I’ve tried activating it on the network level. It’s not working for me. “Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons.”
I’ve used this plugin on different sites before and it worked great. Thanks for all you do! I hope we can get it resolved on this multisite.
