Not working on mobile safari – Trying to create new password

    I am trying to use a password on one of my pages. It works fine on desktop and chrome mobile app, but when tried on mobile with safari, it is prompting a user to create a new password and not allowing him to type in the password. See screenshot here: https://snipboard.io/LgwMeK.jpg

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    We’ve tried to enter passwords on mobiles using the Safari browser. It’s working well there (see our attached screencast).

    So can you please drop us an email at hello(at)preventdirectaccess.com with the following information so that we can assist you faster?

    1. A screencast of the issue on your end.
    2. A list of your active plugins.

    Does the issue happen in incognito mode, by the way?

    Just an update, the issue isn’t related to our plugin but to the user’s iPhone settings.

    If you’re saving passwords in iCloud Keychain, please help to turn off the “AutoFill Passwords” option.
