Not working on mobile devices

  • Hello,

    I’m helping a friend set up a website and we are using the Olsen Light wordpress theme. The theme works great when viewed on a computer but doesn’t work on mobile devices. Do you know why this might be and have any advice on how to fix it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Can you provide a link to the site so we can see what the issue is with mobile devices?

    This is not something related to the theme. Either you have a plugin active that tries to redirect to a mobile site or this is something that your host has in by default. Check your plugins and if you don’t find the culprit among them have a chat with your host’s support.
