Not working on mobile devices.

  • This plugin works good on PC. It generates QR code to scan from BHIM App etc. And It works fine.

    But on Mobile Devices. After placing order, it redirects on order successful(without making payment) page where payment link is available. When cliked on the payment link users are redirected to WhatsApp (at least in my case).

    Hello,

    Thanks for feedback. Whatsapp now supports UPI payments and that is why it is opening. You can proceed into whatsapp and it will show the amount and you can pay.

    Other UPI apps that work include PhonePe,Google Pay etc. If issue persists, kindly send me screenshot of mobile to my address [email protected]

    Dear spardhapariksha, Go to application manager on your mobile and then go to Whatsapp , there click on ‘Clear defaults’ and now check again. It will ask you to choose your favourite UPI application. Let me know if there is any issue.
