Not working on Mobile Browsers

  • Awesome plugin – I am using it with the auction request.com feeds. It is working perfectly for me on Laptop/Desktop Browsers: safari and chrome but not on my iOS device: safari and chrome.

    Is this not mobile supported or is there something you can help me troubleshoot?

    Hi There,

    Just checked, I couldn’t see that page having any listings. Were they removed?

    No – that’s the thing. The listings are still there. I see them find on any laptop or desktop computer, but on mobile browsers they aren’t appearing.

    I am not sure what is causing that issue?

    Hi, just jumping in – are you using the WP Fastest Cache plugin at all?
    I have a problem with my listings ‘vanishing’ after 30 mins or so but the problem is solved if deleting the cache (or disabling WP Fastest Cache).
    Perhaps you’re viewing cached pages on mobile and un-cached on desktop?
    Just a thought.
    I was going to raise a separate Support query about this but thought it was worth checking if you are using the Fastest Cache plugin too?

    It sounds like a caching issue. Are you logged in on desktop?

    I’m unable to see the listings at all. Could you check on incognito?

    Ahh – yes, I am using a caching plugin.

    Does that mean I will always run into this issue, or will deleting the cache once solve it for future instances?

    Are you using the latest version of our plugin 3.2? We did spot a small bug in 3.1 that resulted in Google/Bing not being served results, and I guess that could have caused an issue.
