• In iOS, instead of the pop-up a new tab opens within Safari. The credit card is never charged and this new tab never returns a successful payment call. A green “ok” check sign appears under the payment window but there is no processing and it does not go any further.

    Hello!
    Unfortunately, I don’t have any Apple devices at my disposal, so it would be hard for me to debug this.
    I am aware that Viva’s software is not very compatible with Safari and there is nothing I can do to fix it :/ .

    I’ll do some research and come back to you in case I find a fix.
