not working on mobile

  • The plugin is working as intended on the pc version of the site and also on the normal mobile.
    But if I use the plugin WpTouch to alter the mobile visualization the filters dont show up, there is just this empty tag:
    <div class=”berocket_aapf_selected_area_hook berocket_aapf_selected_area_block”><div class=”berocket_aapf_widget berocket_aapf_widget_selected_area berocket_aapf_widget_selected_area_text” style=”display:block;”></div></div>
    Are there any known problems with WpTouch? Thanks for your help

    Hello @gianfyproduction01,

    It seems that WpTouch uses another templates to build page.
    Plugin do not have compatibility with WpTouch.
    WpTouch seems do not use default WooCommerce hooks, where filters displayed in your case.

    You can try to display filters with shortcode or in theme sidebar.
