    The background video is not appearing on mobile. It works fine when a desktop browser is resized to mobile width but not in an actual mobile device (in this case, various iPhones).

    Is it supposed to work on mobile or does it just go to the fallback image?

    Another issue: there’s no audio. It doesn’t matter if ‘muted’ is false or true, the audio is not there. The actual video does have audio.

    Hi!

    Just to clear up a few things.

    Mobile video playback is currently only in Video Background Pro on supported mobile devices. You can check docs here:

    As for the audio, due to recent changes in Chrome and Safari with autoplaying video, it has become very difficult to play autoplaying videos with sound. As a result Video Background now no longer has the muted flag, but you can use the “tap_to_unmute” flag or feature so you customers can interact with the audio ??
