Not working on mobile?

    Hi. Unfortunately my hotspots don’t work on mobile devices, they do though on my desktop screen. What could be the problem here? The WP theme possibly?

    Hi there, I just tested your site on my phone, and tapping on the hotspot took me to gmx.de. I think that’s correct? I’m on an Android phone using Chrome, can you tell me which device you’re testing with? Do you get an error message or it just doesn’t go anywhere?

    I presume an incompatibility with the Retina @2x plugin I’m also using:

    – With browser Android Firefox 60.0.1:
    Retina@2x on: nothing happens, not even the highlight color
    Retina@2x off: works

    – With browser Samsung Internet 7.0.10.47:
    Retina@2x on: doesn’t work
    Retina@2x off: works, but no highlight color

    Is there some way to use the Retina@2x plugin AND your plugin? Or some ohter possibility to have responsive hi-res images on my site?

    Hi there, we aren’t aware of a compatibility with Retina@2x but we’ll take a look! Does the issue go away if you disable the Retina@2x plugin temporarily?

    Yes, it does go away when Retina@2x is disabled.
