    Hi,
    I figured out that the player is not working with Iphone 12 using safari or chrome.
    No audio is reproduced when click on Play.

    How can this be fixed?

    Hi,

    I have tested the URL you’ve provided in iPhone 8 (Chrome browser) and iPhone 12 (Safari browser) and the player worked and the sound is perfect in both situations.

    Let me know if something is not clear or if you have more questions.

    Dear support,

    I can confirm that the issue is not related to the plugin but to the file format.

    When using .ogg audio file, not all the browser are reproducing it.

    After conveting to mp3, all iphone browser have no problem anymore.

    Hi, the player on the URL you mentioned is working fine for me. Tested on iPhone 13.
