    Hi,

I don’t have an iPad, so reproducing the bug will be hard if it is just specific to this platform. I’ll try to see what’s wrong!

    Thanks,
    Jérémy

It’s the same on an iPhone.

    I don’t know about Android.

It works fine on Android, tested on several devices.
Is it limited to Safari or all browsers are concerned?
(I’ll understand if you have no time to test!)

    I only have Safari installed.

On an iPhone 6 64GB it still never loads but doesn’t crash the browser.

Is there anyway I can collect diagnostic information for you?

    Many thanks…Peter

It could be great if you can install another browser to test and tell me if the bug is still here or not, that way we could know if the problem is in Safari.

I’ve installed Chrome on my iPad.

It’s the same as Safari – the photo sphere never loads and eventually the browser closes/crashes.

    Many thanks…Peter

    :/

I’ll try to find the problem, thanks for your help!

    Hi Jeremy

Any news about this problem?. On iPhone or iPad doesn′t work (Safari), but OS X Yosemite (Safari) there aren′t problems

    Hi,

I don’t have any iDevice, so I tried on an emulator. But I saw the problem, and it’s weirder than expected, as there is a displayed image: the black screen is a big part of a completely deformed panorama (we can “see” some parts).

I will be honest: for the moment I have absolutely no idea about how it can be possible. But I promise that I won’t give up!

Many thanks Jeremy for all hard work.

    Hi Jeremy

I′ve found this script on GitHub,

    https://github.com/akokubo/ThetaViewer

could be a help for you.

    Regards
