    Over a year ago, there was a topic called “Not working on internet explorer and chrome windows” and the resolution was sent via email. Can you post that for all to see or in the very least send it to via email?

    Having the very same issue.

    Thanks!

    Hi

    The plugin works in all modern browsers. If something doesn’t work, usually it is a conflict with 3rd party plugin/theme. Is it possible to see the problem so we can investigate it?

    @arisoft ,

    Thank you for the quick response. It seems to be specifically with PDF documents. Seems to work fine in Firefox, but IE is having issues with all PDFs and Chrome is having issues with only certain ones. Here is the reference page and items.

    ACH Origination (link on page)
    Audio Response Application (link on page)

    Thank you!

    I am having the same issue. I have certain external webpages that load in lightbox however now they are not coming up. Here is a link for one of the pages:

    https://www.keystonebldg.com/products-moulding/

    The Haas Millwork will not show, however the Kleer Moulding does. On other pages such as

    https://www.keystonebldg.com/products-moulding/

    MI Windows show but the Jeld-Wen does not.

    Triple checked and the links/setup for all of these are the same. It’s happening on my other pages as well.

    @nnproducts It looks like a problem with links to PDF documents (an incorrect link is used or redirects is configured incorrectly). For example it is not possible open the following PDF file directly into a browser, it redirects to home page:

    https://www.americofcu.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/Online-Banking-Application.pdf

    @jmargel the problem occurs because you use https:// link to PDF file instead of https://

    @arisoft ,

    Thanks for pointing that out and I fixed the broken link, but, that still does not explain why the PDFs are still not working in Internet Explorer. None of them are working, so, that seems to indicate an issue with the plugin.

    Thanks.

    @nnproducts what IE version do you use? If it is IE 11 or below then latest PDFJS versions don’t support it.

    @arisoft ,

    Ah! That makes complete sense. Consider this resolved as far as I am concerned.

    Thanks for the clarification!
