Not working on home page

    I have just installed this and cannot get it to show on the home page but I do see it on other pages when I make a menu selection.. I have “enable cookie banner” checked. I have tried different browsers, cleared browser cookies even changed the name of the cookie but nothing ever shows when I access the home page of the site. I only see the preview in the settings screen. Can you tell me what might prevent this working for me?

    Hi,

    i get the banner on the homepage with chrome. It looks pretty normal. What browser do you use? Maybe it takes too long. Have you tried the setting under “General > Improve Banner loading speed”

    Or it was a caching issue of your caching plugin.
