Gouravwptech, You’re reply doesn’t make sense? I did not say that I was using a third party plugin. I am saying your theme may be coded by you with a function error. It is something that is keeping it from scrolling and from areas being visible, but it is not my plugins. It is the theme. What will you do to fix it?

WP Easy Bubble Menu is causing this issue. You can add the following CSS to your WordPress, using Advanced CSS Editor plugin, to fix it:

html, body {
    height: auto !important;
}
