not working on default mobile browser

Hi, website https://enamel.ca/wp3/ used a mobile theme switcher..It worked fine in all mobile browser except for its default browser.I used HTC Desire and when I open the site on the mobile its not working..But when open in chrome mobile it shows the mobile design.
