Not working on Chrome

Hello,
The appointment page is broke with every browser except Firefox(Mozilla). I have tested this on several different computers (all PCs). The results are all the same. It runs with Firefox (Mozilla) but nothing else.I have tested Chrome, Explore (IE), Safari, and Opera. Is their compatibility code i need to include?
