Not working on CentOS/RHEL

This plugin do not work on CentOS/RHEL systems. It can fix the permalinks but cache purge do not work at all. Nginx is compiled with ngx_cache_purge module.
nginx version: nginx/1.5.13
built by gcc 4.4.7 20120313 (Red Hat 4.4.7-4) (GCC)
