• We have had a number of customers report that they cannot send messages when images are uploaded, but it only seems to affect Android users. We are using CF7.

    This is our setup:
    [mfile upload-file-548 limit:10000000 min-file:1 max-file:20 filetypes:png|jpg|jpeg|heic|gif|webP]

The error is something like “We cannot send your message at the moment”, however, if they remove the images, the form works.

We have tested on Mac, Windows, iPhone and various browsers and they all work, except (it seems) Android. Can you think of any logical reason as to why?
    Thanks!

For anyone who may read this thread, the problem is not just Android. We have not been able to ascertain what the issue is yet.

    Hello @gshiels ,

    Sorry, I’m re-opening this thread.

Usually this type of error is that, maybe the file size is too large that it cannot attach to email, please send any screenshot to identify the issue.

Please also include the model or type of mobile you used and current version of android.

    Thanks,
    Glen

    Hi Glen
Apologies for the delay in replying. The issue seems to be with the Facebook Browser. The file uploads work well on other browsers.

Are you aware of this problem and if so, is it fixable?

    Thanks
    Gary
