Not working on action bulk

    Hi, I just installed your plugin. I go to the list of orders> Actions and I try to choose “Print invoice” (Imprimir in Spanish) and this action does not appear. How can I fix it?

  • Hi @soportemedialife,

    I tried to check the following two actions and both worked fine on our staging end.

    1) The Print Invoice icon which appears for every order in the Actions column worked fine which opened the invoice in the print view. Attaching screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/nuxpa3 , https://prntscr.com/nuxpsr

    2) Selected some orders and then choose Print Invoice from the Bulk Actions, that too displayed the print view of the selected orders. Attaching screenshot for your reference: https://prntscr.com/nuxqil

    Also, let us know whether the print view is appearing when you click on ‘Print Invoice’ button which is present inside the Order. Attaching a screenshot for your reference: https://prnt.sc/nuxuhx

    If it is yet not working on your site then I would appreciate if you can create a ticket with the admin access of your site at ‘support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com’ which would help us to replicate the debug the issue on your site.
