Not working on a Page

    All fields are completed but I’m getting an error message: Please make sure all fields are filled in correctly.

    I’m testing on my iPad using Safari with the Firefox Focus content blocker app running at the moment but will try it on pc later to see if it is doing the same in a different browser.

    Any ideas?

    I love this plugin and really want to get it working.

    Dhoh!, I thought that I had selected a file. *embarassed*

    Thank you for assisting, I greatly appreciate it.

    Another question: I tested on both iPad and in Mozilla on pc. All the emails have ended up in my spam folder. I’ve been told not to use free email accounts and not to use certain words in the subject title to prevent this from being triggered.

    Any additional thoughts on how to optimise my emails to prevent spam filters being triggered?

    If e-mails end up in your SPAM folder, this is probably because the IP address of your host is blacklisted. Maybe other users are spamming from the same IP address. You can present the problem to your web host or you can use an mail sending service instead of your own server (like SendGrid) to work around this problem. This can be used in conjunction with a plugin like WP Mail SMTP.
