  • Thank you for pushing us to be better at support. Normally we answer every week, but this continuous thread discussion was not picked up by our support team. We are currently working on a Pro version and this takes up some of our support time. There are scheduled support time for this plugin tomorrow and we will see to it that this issue is answered.

    Usually the issues that comes in is due to the settings done by customers in their WooCommerce/WordPress installation.

    Hope you will have a better experience with the support after tomorrow.

    First, we are sorry for missing out in the previous thread.

    According to your comment here it seems like you are using Woo Commerce 2.6’s new Shipping Zones functionality.

    “Shipping Zones” is not fully supported in the current version the plugin.

    What happens if you do not use Shipping Zone?

    Sorry, @jdembowski, we weren’t aware of the feature to ask for moderation until now. We had no support questions from @dataogregnskap and we’ve tried repeatedly to reach them in order to provide support, but we’ve had no response. Is there any chance of having this review deleted?
