    Hello,
    I must admit this plugin is one of the best plugins I’ve used so far, to protect the content of my website. I was super grateful to have access to many relevant features, using only the free version.

    I couldn’t be happiers. So congratulations to the team behind this plugin. It only means that this plugin has a very promising feature, of all bugs and glitches are resolved on time.

    Speaking of bugs and glitches, I’ve encountered the following problems when using this plugin:

    First Problem: My content is not protected on my Mobile Device. I’m using an android phone, and I can copy and paste from my website, using my Mobile phone. Please look into this.

    Second Problem: I used the ‘Except’ Feature, to deactivate protection on pages and products. When testing out on the front end, I realized that this worked well on some products & pages, but others were still protected. This exception didn’t apply to all my products and pages. Why? For instance, I didn’t expect any protection on my shop page with the ‘Except’ feature. But it didn’t work. My shop page is still protected, even with the use of this feature, whereas I’m trying to deactivate protection on my shop page.

    I’d be glad to hear from you geniuses very soon. Once again, congratulations on such a great plugin.

    I am really sorry about the issue you are experiencing.

    Here are the answers to your questions:

    1. We have checked and noticed that everything works fine in the mobile version on our end.
    We have also noticed that you are currently using the LiteSpeed Cache plugin.
    Please check whether all the caches are deleted on the mobile version.
    If not, please delete all the caches and check whether the issue persists or not.

    2. Please note, that WooCommerce understands the Shop page as a product.

    There is one alternative option I would recommend to you.
    As an alternative, you can choose a product (including the Shop) and achieve your desired result.
    However, please note, that this will affect all your products and the Copy Protection will not work in this case.

    By the way, I would also like to mention that we are going to make some changes in the upcoming update of the plugin in this regard.
    By this, you will be able to choose a page having the Shop included in it. ?

    Thanks a lot for the update.

    I’ve seen the new update feature, concerning Custom Layouts. Henceforth we can now be able to deactivate protection on Custom Layouts. This is really fantastic.

    Thanks for letting me know about the nature of the shop page, which WooCommerce also considers as a product. I didn’t know about this.

    I’m really glad to realize that the protection is working fine on mobile at your end. Speaking of which, how did you determine that I was using the Lite Speed Cache plugin? I’m just curious.

    I really appreciate the features of this plugin. Great great plugin. And thank you very much for all the recommendations. Continue with the enormous value-added services and congratulations on such a great plugin.
