Not working in WordPress 3.6

The plugin works with WordPress 3.6.

I have checked it on WordPress default “Twenty Thirteen theme” also on other themes.

It might be possible conflict with your theme or other installed plugin.

Why did you leave that example? There’s no scrolling on that site at all.
