Not Working In Widgets

    Installed and activated, then dropped the shortcode into a Custom HTML widget in the website’s footer:

    https://getalohaspirit.com/contact

    (At the bottom of the page, of course.)

    Instead of parsing the shortcode into text as “? 2018-2019” we’ve got the shortcode showing up raw as `Copyright [cyy year=”2018″ format=”Y”] GetAlohaSpirit.
    All rights reserved.`

    Any ideas on how to fix it?
