Not working in Visual mode editor

  • I am experiencing the same thing. I am able to see the toolbar but the functions are not working.

    I would like to add a +1 to this.
    It does not add an image, smiley or video to the Visual Text editor.

    Versions:
    Wordpress 3.5.1
    bbPress 2.2.4
    toolBar 0.75

    Google Chrome.

    Symptoms:
    When I upload a file, I get the file upload processing dialogue.
    When it gets to 100%, it then dislays

    filename 0.2mb Failed.

    Checking in wp-content/uploads, the file is there, and has been uploaded, but is not displayed in the editor.
