Not working in sidebar

I am using the latest version of CF7 Advanced Date Picker with WordPress version 3.9.6.
If I put a contact form in the sidebar through widget text the form works fine but Date Picker does not work. Instead it acts like a normal text field and does not validate for any type of date format.
The only pages it works fine in the sidebar is on pages where I already have another contact form that uses the date picker. I suspect it is not inserting script into the head of pages when used in just sidebar.
Also, it would be really nice to be able to validate the field for date format. I will leave it up temporary on https://sunkissvacationhomes.com so you can view it.
