Not working in Optimizepress 2

Sorry, the shortcode are not working anymore.

I am not able to insert a video in optimizepress using “Custom HTML Code Element”

This does not sound like the right place to add the shortcode. Is there not a post content area where you add the shortcode?

yeah the short code will not work, but if you can get the embed code, hopefully that will work fine …. let me know your thoughts about embed codes.

So, did the shortcode e.g. [flowplayer id=”26″] worked in the past? What version of OptimizePress are you using and can you share a screenshot of where you are trying to add the video?

Can you try enclosing the shortcode with this html?

Ok, I worked it out now. Optimizepress is has some strange css that hides .fp-ratio

This css should fix it. You do not need the HTML that mentioned before.

.flowplayer .fp-ratio {
  display: block!important;
}
