Not working in IE7

Thank you for a great plugin!
The news ticker works fine in every major browser (Firefox, IE8-9, Chrome and Safari)
The ticker does not appear in IE7. I have tried adding code targeting IE7 but is unsuccessful.
The site is https://www.eaaa.org.uk
