[Theme: Twenty Twelve] Not working in IE (surprised?)

    The header is being pushed down and there’s white space on the left and right. How do I get rid of that? It works in every other browser. I’m using the Twenty Twelve theme.

    I didn’t see a css file that’s only for IE… am I missing it somewhere?
