Not working in Firefox

Weirdly, if you refresh it enough it works about 1 in 10 times. Odd. ??

I should have left a follow-up to my posting. Indeed, it works 1 in 10 times when you refresh.
When I reported that a refresh fixed the problem, that was in fact merely a case of it that refresh being one of the lucky 1 out of 10 times. This remains an ongoing issue for me. 9 out of 10 times, it’s just the gray box, in Firefox.

based on the 2 URL’s provided this looks like a conflict with Cloudflare Rocketloader Andy (don’t remember if you have CF RL mahlerthetitan), can you try disabling rocketloader to confirm?

OK, does CF have a field where you can exclude things from being rocketloaded?

No, it’s either on or off. There is some API stuff, may be of interest…

I’m happy to leave it off though – doesn’t make a huge difference for my sites anyway.

Hi there – similar issue over here. A few users have reported grayed out videos on Firefox. (Although I noticed this issue on Chrome as well, just can’t reproduce it.)

Yes, we are. However, we tested a page with cloudflare disabled, and that still did not solve it. Thoughts?

The issue is happening in Firefox on all links (at least the many I checked – listed a few below). It does not happen on Safari, however. Maybe comparing Firefox vs. Safari would give some ideas?
