    Hello Lars,

    Thanks for your inquiry.

Dear Lars, please open the webiste backend in Firefox and on the same Firefox window open a new tab and login there with your Instagram account.

Now, if Instgram feed plugin is authenticated with other account, please enetr Instagram feed > settings > advanced > uninstall. AGter this please enter wordpresss dashboard > plugins section and activate the plugin again.

Now please try to enter Instagram feed > settings and Authenticate.

    It should work ok.

If you do exactly this way and it won’t work, then please try the same on chrome.

Please keep me updated with results.

    Hi Zhanna

It was a the Firefox addon “Facebook Container” (privacy) that made the problems

    Sorry

    Hello @medieskolen,

Thanks for getting back to me:)

Hope your experience will help others!

Zhanna, is there any plan to try to resolve or gracefully handle the extension blocking the feed? It would be nice to have the plugin detect that this extension is in use and possibly display a message to the end user.

    Hello @mdelange24,

I’ll surely report our developers about this issue, we’ll try to understand what exactly blocks the functionality of our plugin and will either create a help article or will solve the issue.

Thank you Zhanna, will look forward to hearing what your devs find out.
