Not working in filter pages

I have replaced Icon with Text. Its properly working in Static Page. But in filter pages its not working. Example https://karbicnc.com/ page working with proper replacement. But https://karbicnc.com/used-machines/?type=horizontal-turning-center&sort=latest page those not getting replaced.
Please help me out.
If not possible via this plugin means, any other possible way please..
