Not working in Chrome

This plugin does not seem to be working correctly in Chrome – tested in version 28.0.1500.95 m. Site – https://dev.openlybalanced.com/wp
I have several anchor links on the same page – FF and IE work as desired, smooth scroll jump from point to point. Chrome seems to attempt the first jump, but doesn’t make it all the way and it’s incredibly slow. Then the second click scrolls back up the page towards the first anchor.
Any ideas? Thank you!
