• Hey hey,

unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t work for me. The Google API is set up correctly though – I’ve already tested that. Other plugins with the auto-fill function don’t work for me either and I don’t understand why. Could it be that it’s due to the WooCommerce extension for Germany called “Germanized”?

My Google Cloud account shows that there have been zero access attempts. Maybe that will help.

Unfortunately, I don’t know what to do.

    Thank you for your support!

    Hello?@placespieces
    Thank you for contacting us.
If you are not receiving address suggestions on the checkout page, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

    1. Our plugin requires the Places and Maps JavaScript APIs to be configured in the Google console for the address autocomplete feature to function correctly.
      https://elextensions.com/knowledge-base/how-to-set-up-third-party-api-keys-for-the-addressautocomplete-and-validation/?seq_no=2
    2. If you are receiving any warnings or errors while using the address autocomplete feature on the checkout page, please share a screenshot of the plugin settings and the checkout page.
    3. Please confirm whether you are using WooCommerce blocks or the classic checkout on your site, as our plugin is only compatible with the classic checkout.
Additionally, Our plugin appears to be working fine with the WooCommerce extension for the Germany plugin.

    Hi Akash,

    thanks for your response!

Both extensions are activated (Places API and JavaScript) and I used the Places key for the plugin.
    That’s right, right?

I do not receive any warnings. There is just nothing happening.
The theme I’m using is called “Savoy” and it is using a page builder (Bakery).
    Gutenberg-Editor is deactivated.

    Hi,

seems like the plugin can not find the address fields:
InvalidValueError: not an instance of HTMLInputElement

    What does it mean?

    Thanks!

    Hi Akash,

like I said… nope, no WooCommerce blocks here. I am using WP Bakery Page builder.
I also tried a different theme and it still didn’t work. Any ideas?
