Not Working For me at all

  • Hi,

    Maybe I’m missing something, but for me, I see the settings, but I can see no other options anywhere else and nothing shows in front or back end ?

    IE it doesn’t seem to do anything at all?

    Hi there,
    Sorry to hear that the plugin isn’t working for you. It should output a “Request Price Match” link on product pages near the product summary display (price, add to cart button, etc.). If the link doesn’t appear, it might be due to your theme providing customized WooCommerce templates that do not include the hooks necessary to display the link.

    Hi, Thanks for the reply – I guess it might be the template as I don’t see Request Price match link.

    I am also using a later version of Woocommerce than the plugin page says is compatible, could this be the issue perhaps?

    Hi there,
    No, I don’t think it has to do with your version of WooCommerce. I just tested with the latest version (2.6.13) and confirmed that the link shows up there. It’s most likely your theme, unfortunately.

    OK, thats a shame – thank you .

    Is there a hook or something I could use to make sure the button displays?

    The price match link is hooked in before the singe-product/tabs/tabs.php template part. So your theme would need to use that template part in order for the link to display.
