• On a 4.0.1 WordPress site it was working OK and then it just stopped working. I tried installing it on a fresh 4.1 site and it doesn’t work. Out of the box with images it’s no joy. Enabled PDF and that doesn’t work either. Tried both Chrome and Firefox so it isn’t a browser thing. Seems odd it would just stop working, but there it is. Any help appreciated.

    Update:
Just saw the “Doesn’t worked when logged in as Admin” post. When I checked that is my situation too. This was not always the case. Before it would work when logged in. But I don’t have the Google plugin installed, so that isn’t it.

    Update again:
I spoke too soon. It’s working on the just installed 4.1 site now whether logged in on not. But I updated the 4.0.1 site to 4.1 and it’s not working whether logged in or not. I did have a Google Analytics plugin on that site, but I disabled it, and that didn’t resolve it. I guess it could be a conflict with another plugin.

  • Hi lblake, a link to your site would be helpful in debugging. ??

The lightbox plugin is not working on this site: https://abundantlife4me.org/

This site has the latest version of the plugin installed. The site has been updated to WordPress 4.1. The lightbox plugin has images and pdf enabled. The “newsletter” link in the sidebar links to a pdf. It and the images in the sidebar were opening in the lightbox, but it isn’t working now. I don’t know what caused it to stop working. I don’t think this site has had other plugins installed since it stopped working that may be conflicting.

Ok, on that site I’m seeing 3 blocking script errors in my browser script console:

Uncaught ReferenceError: _popup_data is not defined in public.min.js on line 4

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'indexOf' of undefined in
    www-embed-player.js on line 363

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'destroy' of null in script.responsive.js on line 185

They need to get fixed before any following scripts (like FancyBox) will run…

Start with disabling WPMUDEV’s Popover plugin. Maybe the other errors are just a result of that first one.

Thanks for the prompt assistance. It was indeed that plugin. Seems like it needs some work.
