I am sorry for your bad experience. But, this is not related to the plugin, but your mp3 file or of course tons of other reasons. Please consider opening a support ticket before adding a negative review. I believe we can fix this issue, and you can continue using our plugin.
Keep in mind that AudioIgniter works for hundreds of WordPress installations without issues.
