    I installed the plugin on this WooCommerce website (Version 4.2.0) but it didn’t even add the tracking code to the page. Any suggestion?

    We have had a look at your store but could not find our plugin active.

    Please activate our plugin, then share a screenshot of the plugin’s settings so that we could check for the tracking via our plugin and suggest you accordingly.

    Hi, it’s been running for three days now apparently. It tracks some visits, but no conversions. On Google Tag Assistant it seems like it’s not firing as of this moment. See screenshots attached.

    Hi @maxbolo,

    We had a look at your store and observed that there is a ‘gtag is not defined’ error occurring at every page and due to this error tracking is not working.(Screenshot for reference).

    And the error is occurring as neither the gtag.js snippet present in your store nor the “Add global site tracking code ‘gtag.js'” option is checked in the plugin’s settings.

    Please check the “Add global site tracking code ‘gtag.js'” option to resolve this error and the tracking should start working via the plugin.

    The error is resolved now. Also, we just checked for the working of the plugin and observed that the tracking via the plugin is working smoothly in your store.
