Not working for me

I use ACF and Custom Fields. After importing my CSV the plugin says: 17 new pages created and shows the page titles in scrambled symbols (looks like an encoding error). Opening my custom types shows now new pages/entries in the list, I still only see 4 entries that I can edit. The counter above the list shows 15 total. Reloading the page doesn’t help. It seems the importer is creating some content from my CSV, but not of any type that I could use afterwards. It does not add new pages, posts or custom types as I selected during the import. It creates “hidden” entries in the database that are not editable or useful to me.
