Not working for me

  • Worked for the first hour, then went white. The album is installed, the title shows, we retried it over and over but all we see is white. Very frustrating and we can’t fix it. If we find a fix and it works I will gladly change my review.

    Hey Laura,

    Did you recently add any other plugin? OR did you update the theme or WordPress?

    The Plugin is already tested and compatible with the latest version of WordPress.

    If the plugin was working perfectly before then there should be recently changed or any JS conflict must be a problem.

    Share the URL of the exact album page URL.
    Also, share your Flickr.com Album URL, I will try to create the album on my local PC for the check.
