Not Working For Me

I followed the instructions for installation, watched the tutorial videos, but this is what happens (see page link) when I add the short code into my page. A bar appears at the top of the page but they don’t look like letters. And no items show up under them even though I have 52 pages that should be showing. Do you have any idea what’s going on and why it isn’t working?
