• I am planning to use the plugin from 1st July, 2021, but when I was checking, the plugin was not working for the employees on their mobile phones. They are able to log in, check in and check out, but they are not able to create a new leave request. I have done all the steps as required by the plugin viz entitlements, create the policies and all that. The problem is that the screen on the mobile does not allow them to enter anything on the fields or select anything from the drop down. It works fine on the desktop, but when the same is used on a mobile screen, this problem occurs. Mostly on all pop up screens the plugin is not allowing us to enter any data or select any option. Please help ASAP.

    Any updates for me please? Also I had sent you a mail that the check in time and the check out time are being taken as half an hour after the actual time of check in and check out. Please update me on both the issues ASAP.

    The first issue has been fixed in the latest version.

    Regarding check in and out time,
    Please make sure to update your PC time and server time. Make sure that they are correct.

    Thanks for fixing the first issue, will get it checked ASAP.

    Regarding the second issue, the time is right everywhere, PC as well as the server. On the check in page too it shows the correct time itself, but when the person clicks on check in the recorded time is 30 mins after the actual time and this is what is shown to the Admin as well as the Manager. Also when we try to edit one attendance record of a single employee, then all the employees check out time is automatically changed. This is a new issue.

    Unfortunately we are unable to replicate the issue.

    Please reach our support at ‘[email protected]’ with wp-admin access so that we can check and find out the reason behind this. Take a full backup before sending the access.
