Not working for dokan

After installing and configuring your plugin I am unable to see any fedex rates on my products for shipping. I have configured the settings in the fedex plugin correctly. After setting the dropdown to vendors in the fedex setting is there something else that I’m missing in order for it to be configured correctly?
